Completed training as a service specialist in postal operations (Mühldorf am Inn) with subsequent employment in the airmail control center of Munich Airport.

Completed training as a notary assistant with Notary Gruner in Burghausen, vocational school in Munich.

Further training - Telework in Simbach/Braunau with a subsequent internship at Neuburger company in Simbach am Inn. The internship lasted only 3 months and was completed in the LAN administration of Wacker Chemie. The content of the training included Office programs and web development as well as networks, dial-up, and NetMeeting.

Technical Director at Systech Software GmbH in Altötting, now Guardean GmbH in Kastl. Testing and installation of software for early detection of insolvency risks. On-site and remote software installations for clients. Development of a small intranet system for automated remote maintenance. Configuration of BinTec ISDN routers and AVM Netways.

Part-time further training as a Business IT Specialist (UNIX, VBA, SQL, Project, Word, Excel)

Senior Consultant at PPEDV company in Burghausen. Conducted VB, VBA, and ASP training courses in the German-speaking region, as well as speaker at developer conferences. Consulting services for various projects.

Part-time further training as an MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer), exams on component development, ASP, VB, and databases.

Together with 2 other colleagues, we founded the company XFAIR, whose software I initially developed alone. The trade fair information system is used worldwide by large corporations in all industries. Employee and customer management, login systems, hotel contingent management, appointment calendars, badge printing, tracking systems and cameras, chat and SMS solutions, registration system, access solutions also outside of trade fairs.

What would you do if there was a point where you could hit reset?

Well, I dedicated myself to my hobbies. These were music, photography, videos, and travel. During this time, interesting projects emerged, such as regional videos, promotional videos for various new clients, and I also became a member of the Braunau photo team. Also interesting was the creation of sheet music books, including the creation of notations, and the design of books and CDs. Projects that I later summarized under www.vladimirsterzer.com.

DIRSCHL.com GmbH, based in Altötting -> Reischach, was founded and given new tasks.

Soon I was back in the training sector, though quite differently than before. To this day, I occasionally work for the Chamber of Crafts, primarily responsible for potential analyses and IT courses. Here, I successfully implemented a very complex VBA project that is still in use today and has already automatically generated thousands of reports.

Video and photography are diverse, and indeed, especially in photography, programming knowledge is often needed. So I learned ActionScript and krpano, created my own websites, and dealt with legal and stock agencies. Today, drones, 360° etc. are also part of it.

Today, I really enjoy photographing companies for websites and brochures. And as a photographer, you are inevitably confronted with weddings, children, and events. Work that I still enjoy today.
