Transparent Prices
Simple and understandable: a uniform hourly rate, clear flat rates for typical projects – jump directly to the suitable offer.
Basis
Hourly Rate: 85 EUR
Travel Costs: 0.50 EUR per kilometer
Minimum Order Value: 300 EUR
The hourly rate applies to photography, image editing, video, AI, web development, IT, support, training, and consulting.
For larger or clearly defined projects, we are happy to provide an individual flat-rate offer. Consumables, token, and license costs are not included if these are required for your project.
Photography and Media
Events
Event up to 1 hour: approx. 250 EUR
Event up to 2 hours: approx. 500 EUR
Event up to 3 hours: approx. 750 EUR
Event up to 4 hours: approx. 1,000 EUR
The flat rates generally include on-site photography, selection and editing of the best images, and the agreed usage rights.
Corporate Photography
Small corporate shoot: approx. 500 to 1,000 EUR
Large corporate shoot: approx. 1,000 to 2,000 EUR
Examples include management, employees, groups, workflows, interiors, exteriors, architecture, products, references, drone photos, and short videos.
Product Photography
Product photos: approx. 15 to 60 EUR per image
The exact price depends on the product, size, surfaces, desired editing, and possible clipping.
Architectural Photography
Architectural images: approx. 25 to 50 EUR per image
This includes interior and exterior shots, perspective correction, HDR, tripod work, and high-quality editing.
Passport and Application Photos
Passport and application photos: 30 EUR
Including shooting, selection, editing, and digital file.
Weddings and Private Celebrations
Civil ceremony: approx. 700 to 900 EUR
Small church or free wedding ceremony: approx. 900 to 1,200 EUR
Large wedding reportage: approx. 1,800 to 2,500 EUR
Prices serve as a guide. The effort depends heavily on duration, process, image quantity, desired editing, and distance. Private clients receive clear gross prices to avoid surprises.

Web Development

We provide support for websites, WordPress, SEO, performance, Matomo, plugin development, data structure, image optimization, and technical adjustments.

Small website up to approx. 5 pages: from approx. 1,000 EUR
Larger website up to approx. 10 pages: from approx. 2,000 EUR
Individual website with special functions: based on effort or flat rate
Possible services include setup, page structure, content, SEO basics, image optimization, privacy and imprint pages, contact form, Matomo, and brief instruction.
Online Shop and Digital Products
Shop or sales functions: based on effort
For digital products, plugins, and downloads, we prefer simple and clean solutions. Depending on the project, processing can be done via Lemon Squeezy, for example.
AI Consulting and AI Contract Work
Hourly Rate: 85 EUR
We provide support for texts, images, music, automation, workflows, research, prompting, image editing, tools, local AI systems, and practical implementation in operations.
AI Image Editing
Billing based on effort or flat rate
Suitable for retouching, clipping, image optimization, RAW workflow, sorting, upscaling, noise reduction, sharpening, and large image quantities.
Training and Consulting
Hourly Rate: 85 EUR
We offer training for photography, image editing, AI, WordPress, SEO, Office, VBA, Mac, Windows, and individual workflows, among others.
Support and Technical Assistance
Hourly Rate: 85 EUR
Support is available for websites, WordPress, plugins, hosting, domains, email, Matomo, SEO, data, backups, Office, Mac, Windows, and networks.
Music, Audio and Creative AI
Billing based on effort or flat rate
Upon request, we create individual music, texts, audio ideas, AI music, jingles, or content for videos, websites, and presentations.
Conditions & Conclusion
What is included?
Depending on the order, preparation, consultation, selection, editing, export, file naming, various resolutions, download provision, and usage rights are already included.
We discuss in advance exactly what is needed. This keeps the effort transparent and costs clear.
Additional Costs
Travel costs are calculated at 0.50 EUR per kilometer. Longer travel times, overnight stays, special permits, external service providers, special materials, or extraordinary additional effort will be discussed in advance.
Discounts
More favorable conditions are possible for associations, cultural projects, non-profit events, reference projects, or long-term collaborations.
